Building the change I couldn't make from the inside.

William Castro is an entrepreneur and financial advisor, and the founder of Castle Capital, Castle Strategy, and Castle*. He came up through the financial industry and took on management and leadership roles determined to change it from within. In time he realized he couldn't create the change he believed in without being in the driver's seat, so he set out to build firms that could do it on his own terms.

That entrepreneurial drive runs through everything he builds: managing capital at Castle Capital, accelerating the value of businesses at Castle Strategy, and modernizing the technology behind financial advice at Castle*. Different problems, one throughline: an owner's mindset and a refusal to accept "the way it's always been done."

His approach stays independent and personal: advice built around people, never around products, and grounded in honest counsel, disciplined execution, and relationships measured in decades.
